Dr. Raylene Conner began teaching in 1987 and taught all subjects in grades 2-4 in both San Angelo and Brownfield ISDs. In 1992, she received her Master of Education degree from Texas Tech University and began working for Region 14 Education Service Center in Abilene, Texas. There she served as a Curriculum Consultant for 10 schools in the Region 14 service area. In April 2001, she joined the staff of Henderson ISD as the K-12 Director of Curriculum. In 2005, she received a Doctor of Education degree from Stephen F. Austin State University where she also works as an adjunct instructor in the principal preparation program.
