8th grade ATHLETES and BAND MEMBERS (who just completed 8th grade): Cross Roads Family Care will provide $15 physicals June 15th from 8:30 am - 11:30 am at HMS. Please bring the completed and signed Medical History form that can be found on the HISD website (Henderson High School - Athletics - Athletic Forms). Have a great summer!
